  • In many cases, packages may arrive sooner than expected. However, please be aware that factors such as customs, local postal services, or holiday seasons can occasionally lead to minor delays.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties

  • While Renade UK offers free shipping, international orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can sometimes cause delays.

Delivery Destinations

  • Renade UK ships to most countries across the globe. However, shipping to remote areas may take slightly longer.

Renade UK Returns Policy

At Renade UK, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  2. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@renadeuk.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need a refund.
  3. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Lingerie sets cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • If your item is defective or damaged, please email info@renadeuk.com with photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for your return.
